The annual training course for medical assistants took place for the 13th time running in the Bochum Knappschaft Hospital on September 5th, 2018. Presbyopia and glaucoma were the main topics at the event last year.
External speakers also contributed to the programme: Psychologist Dr. Karina Körner talked about handling difficult patients and Robert Leipold presented several particularly complicated cases in ocular medical technology.
This was followed by the opportunity to exchange information and chat at the dinner after the presentations.
